I knew things weren't going to be peaceful for long. After all, how
could you, when the town you're in was formerly called Murder Village? I
wandered to this abandoned surf shack and took a board. Fortunately,
Lisa taught me how to surf. I put my shoes back on, and carried the
board to the orange sand I saw in the distance. Finally, the sand wasn't
so distant. It was now on my zip-up rubber rain boots. Grandview Middle
school had a strange uniform. You had to wear a short skirt that was
black, and hot pink sweater vest. Under the sweater vest, you were
required to wear a shorts-sleeve black blouse. Beneath it all was the
zip-up rubber rain boots, which were hot pink. Isn't this an odd uniform
for a school?
